Alstahaug kutter i tjenestene

Alstahaug kommune planelegger store kutt i tjenestene til innbyggere med utviklingshemming, skriver Helgelands Blad.

I følge Helgelands Blad kritiseres tjenesten for funksjonshemmede for overforbruk. Regnskapet for er ikke ferdig, men det tyder på et budsjettoverskridelser på over 20 millioner kroner for 2019. Kommunen skal redusere ressursbruken med fire millioner i 2020 og åtte millioner fra 2021. 

Kommunen har engasjert konsulentsselskapet IKKS Omsorgskompetanse for å gå gjennom alle enkeltvedtak om tjenester og eventuelt fatte nye vedtak. Mange av kommunens innbyggere med utviklingshemming har hatt et tilbud ved Ekines Aktivitetsgård. Kommunen har sagt opp avtalen med aktivitetsgården fra 1. mars i år.

Alt tyder på at konsultselskapet får det travelt. De skal gjennomgå enkeltvedtakene og foreslå nye vedtak. Planen er at nye vedtak skal være fattet innen 1. mars, skriver Helgelands Blad.

Ut i fra de planlagte tidsfristene regner kommunen regner åpenbart ikke med eventuelle klagerunder på vedtakene.
